The Shumard cardigan is worked in different panels. The back is worked first from the bottom up, then the fronts are worked in the same way, but in their case the necessary decreases are worked to shape the neckline, and lastly we’ll pick up the stitches for the sleeves, which are worked flat from the shoulder down. As you make progress, you’ll start to see how the unique texture appears effortlessly. It is a very versatile sweater that goes well with everything and is very comfy. It will surely become a staple in your wee ones wardrobe.
