What will I receive when I purchase a pattern from knitoaks?
When you order a pattern from Knitoaks, you will receive a downloadable digital knitting pattern or crochet pattern PDF file. Once payment is processed, you are sent a confirmation email via the email you provided during checkout with all the information regarding your order. Within that email, you also receive the link to download your knit or crochet pattern file(s). This link to download your file(s) never expires.
Each Knitoaks pattern digital file contains multiple-page written instructions in English or Spanish (depending on the language you chose when you placed your order) detailing how to knit or crochet the specific design pattern you have purchased. All patterns contain a linkable list to all the reccommended tools required to knit or crochet the pattern. Some patterns also have complimentary video tutorials demonstrating how a technique or stitch is worked, if that is the case it will be specified in the product description. These video tutorials are only available once the design is purchased.
Can a purchase i made on Knitoaks.com be saved in my ravelry library?
Unfortunately, no. Because knitoaks.com and Ravelry are not connected. If you want your purchase to be saved in your Ravelry library, please purchase it through our Knitoaks Ravelry shop!
In what languages are your patterns available?
Knitoaks patterns are available in English and Spanish. To add a pattern to your cart, please select the language you wish to purchase.
How can I download the pattern?
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with the link/s to download your purchased pattern/s. A link to download the PDF files will also be at the Downloads page in your account. To access it, login to your account here and click Downloads in the left menu. If you have any issues please contact us.
How long will the download links be available?
There is no timeframe to download the PDF patterns. You will have lifetime access and can download your file(s) at any time.
I can't download the pattern. Help!

How can I create an account?
You can create an account HERE. Click on Register and fill all the information. Once you sign up, you will receive an email to confirm registration. Please, click the button in the email to register as a new user on our website. This is an essential step. Once you click the confirmation button, you will be added to our database as a customer. Can i get a refund?
Knitoaks does not accept returns or exchanges. We are not able to process returns or exchanges on any orders.
